What is it and how does it exactly work.
Accordingly to Natalie, getting started on a weight loss routine is the hardest step. I think we can all agree on that. Natalie’s 7 Day Jump Start program is for people who can’t seem to get started or have begun and quit several times because of poor results.
The 7 Day Jump Start is designed to turn your metabolism into a fat burning machine.
This accomplished by scheduling meals and snacks at a defined frequency and time. By doing this, you’re not constantly starving yourself as in other diets. This is more of a nutrition program than a workout routine. Therefore, it can work for anyone, although it works best on women who have at least 15 pounds to lose. Incidentally, there is a different plan for men.
There are no diet supplements in this plan; instead, it teaches you what types of foods to eat.
If you don’t like or are allergic to a certain food group, substitutes can be used. Success relies on what they call “superfoods”. The plan includes a variety of recipes made up of these “superfoods, which detoxify and burn fat off your body without the food cravings.

I scoured the internet to check on real people reviews and results. It seems almost all were positive. Since I don’t really qualify for this plan, I relied on a friend, Christy, who went through the program. She agreed to let me interview her about the 7 Day Jump Start Program. And this is how it went;
So Christy, first of all, you’re looking fit, tell us about the 7 Day Jump Start by Natalie Jill.
Thank you. Well, I was skeptical at first, but I figured I could try anything for seven days. The plan was easy to follow, which included easy recipes and an exercise routine. I did substitute certain foods which I was allowed to do.
How did you feel during the seven days, tired, hungry, or wore out?
Not really, In fact, I actually felt great and had more stamina. I believe it had to do with the mentality that I was finally doing something positive for myself.
OK, well what were the results after seven days and are you able to keep the weight off?
I lost 8 pounds and, yes not only did I keep the weight off, I’m down 12 pounds from where I started. The plan teaches you to do a lifestyle change in you eating habits, if you stick to it, the weight stays off.
